TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order with Medi-Service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • “Company” means Medi-Service, its successors, and assigns.
  • “Customer” means the individual or organization purchasing Products from the Company.
  • “Products” means medical equipment and supplies sold by the Company.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, EFT.

4. WARRANTY

  • Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from delivery.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

5. RETURN POLICY

  • See separate Return Policy document.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Delivery times are 3 to 5 days.

7. PRODUCT LIABILITY

  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse or malfunction of Products.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and Customer.
